Delivery We work with trusted third-party dispatch partners to ensure every order reaches you safely and on time. Delivery Times Accra: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM. Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered the next business day. Outside Accra: 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Delivery Cost Delivery fees are not included in your order total at checkout. The final delivery cost is calculated separately based on your location and is communicated to you before your order is dispatched. Delivery payment is made directly to the dispatch rider/partner at the time of delivery, separate from your order payment. Please have the exact delivery amount ready to ensure a smooth handover.

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. All returns are processed as exchanges only — refunds are not offered, except in cases where the purchased product is out of stock, in which case a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
